 Owners must inform the groomer if their dog has a history of aggression or significant anxiety. Full disclosure helps the groomer take appropriate precautions.  Owners are responsible for managing their dog’s behavior during the grooming process. If the dog becomes aggressive, the owner should assist in calming or restraining the dog.  Groomers have the right to assess the dog’s behavior and refuse service if the dog poses a significant risk. This is typically outlined in the grooming agreement.  If an aggressive dog injures the groomer or others, the dog’s owner could be held liable for medical expenses and damages. This responsibility includes covering any costs related to the incident.  In cases of severe injury or repeated aggressive incidents, legal action may be pursued. This could involve claims for damages or even criminal charges if the aggression is extreme or malicious. 

 As each service is based upon the individual dogs and their needs, timing may vary. We strive to complete full grooms within 3-5 hours and bath and tidy services within 3 hours. If you have any time constraints, please be sure to let our staff know with ample notice, and we will do our best to accomodate.

 Absolutely! I have extensive experience with various breeds and tailor grooming services to meet each pet's unique needs. 

Dematting may incur an additional fee. Your groomer will discuss the options and associated charges with you before proceeding. Pricing for mat removal whether shaving or dematting is associated with additional time it will take to prep for groom/bath. All matting must be removed before bathing, a comb must be able to run through the coat before groom is started.

It is against salon policy to shave double-coated breeds as it can negatively impact their coat and natural insulation.
