Appointment Scheduling:
- Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, phone, or in-person.
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
- A no call/no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
- If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
Dematting Policy and Fees:
- Dematting may be necessary for pets with tangled or matted fur.
- Additional fees may apply, and the groomer will discuss options and charges with the client before proceeding.
Policy Against Shaving Double Coated Breeds:
- Shaving double-coated breeds is against our salon policy.
- We will provide alternative grooming options and discuss the best approach for the pet's well-being.
Policy Against Aggressive Dogs and Biting:
- Aggressive behavior poses a risk to both pets and groomers.
- Aggressive dogs may require muzzling, and the groomer will assess the situation to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
Charges Applied if Groomer is Bitten:
- In the event of a dog bite, a fee will be applied to cover any necessary medical attention or treatment required for the groomer.
- Clients will be notified of the charge, and repeat incidents may result in termination of services.
- In the event of a dog bite, the client may be charged for full price of groom regardless if groom is completed or not.
Late Arrivals:
- We understand unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
- If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. Arriving excessively late may result in rescheduling.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be given a grace period of 15 minutes. You will be charged $1/minute after the first 15 minutes up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full price of your service.
No-Show Policy:
- Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee.
- Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services.
Vaccinations and Health:
- All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.
- Clients must inform us of any health concerns or conditions that may affect the grooming process.
Payment:
- Payment is due upon completion of grooming services.
- We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. No checks are accepted.
Client Cooperation:
- Clients are requested to inform us of any changes in their pet's behavior, health, or grooming preferences.
- Cooperation during grooming sessions ensures the safety and well-being of both pets and groomers.
Children in the Salon:
- For the safety of your child and our staff, we request that children not be present during grooming sessions.
- Please make appropriate arrangements for childcare during your pet's appointment.
